I would also buy this app based on Gary's comments.. Can you let me know if they have been addressed? "Simplify it to “Last taken today at 6:00PM. Take again today at 8:00PM. Total taken today: 2″

Hi Gary

Firstly, thank you for the feedback, the app has been out for a couple of months now and its good to know what people would like improved.

I initially wrote the app for myself, I take a lot of medication and I'm always forgetting the last time I took anything and when you have a migraine the last thing you want to worry about is remembering tablet times.

But to answer your points...
I've tried to recreate the issue you've had when it told you your medication was required immediately and the only way I can recreate it is if I put in a previous time that was more than 4 hours ago?

When to take screen, I designed the layout as is because that is the information I needed to know, but I'll include something in the "Settings" section that allows people to tailor the layout (as best I can)

I really like this request, it had never occurred to me that people may want to delete entries, but what you've suggested provides a simple solution.

With regard to changes, I will endeavour to make these as soon as I can (hopefully by the end of next week) but the changes then have to go through the App approval process which can take anything from a week to a month depending on how busy Apple are.

As for a refund, you have to request these from Apple as they take the money from you, not I.

If you have any further suggestions please let me know.

Thanks

I'd like to complain a little in order to voice a feature request. I love the idea of this app. I bought it because I saw that you could not only put the time to take in for a pill, but also the time between doses. Most apps I've found just round it to morning noon evening night or similar. My Dr. told me I could take these as much or as little as I needed, but no more than 6 a day and no less than 4 hours apart. This app looked perfect for that. I put 9:00AM for the first dose, then 4 hours apart and no more than 6 per day. Sounds logical. However, when I entered the time that I had previously taken my dose, it immediately told me that I needed to take it again. Furthermore, the "when to take" screen is not at all intuitive. Please rethink that way that looks. Forget the icons if you have to. Simplify it to "Last taken today at 6:00PM. Take again today at 8:00PM. Total taken today: 2" That would be lovely. Also, and a big also since I have to learn how to use this before putting in real data, plus sometimes people make mistakes and set this as taken, then get a phone call and never take the pill. Please make it so that history can be changed. It doesn't have to be easy. Slide to delete an entry. Slide to "take now" or "enter time for previous dose taken". All of this would be nice.

Having said all of that, I think this is well on it's way to a nice app. I won't use it till some things change, either from my suggestions or better ones that help me too. If that doesn't happen soon, is there a way to get a refund?
