I’ve just downloaded and it works well, but not perfectly. I have about 3000 contacts with lots of detail.
If you key in more than 3 characters for your search, it sometimes returns a blank result, even if the string is definitely present. Try with fewer characters.

I just installed the app and it finds phone numbers and strings in the Notes (from Outlook) within the Contacts. I’m disappointed with the requirements for having at least 3 characters.
I have been using a Palm Treo and had put strings in the Contacts fields like QZ, SP, etc. Now I can’t search for these. Nor can I search for all the people I know in NJ!
Give me a wild card character to complete the 3 character minimum or at least let me force a search with 2 characters (or one if it’s a ‘z”!). I’m happy to scroll through all the information if I make a mistake.
